MySpot 30 is a sturdy u-shaped barrier designed to limit access to driveways, parking stalls and pedestrian malls. The barrier is constructed of 50mm (2") diameter steel tube. A heavy duty base provides strong fixing to the ground through 5 anchors.
The barrier is unlocked from its vertical, blocking position, using a key, and pushed by foot to lock into the base on the ground. 
In that position, its height is less than 82mm (3.3") allowing even small cars to drive over the barrier to enter. Upon exiting the space, the driver can raise the barrier by stepping on a pedal that is part of the base. That releases the barrier and it rises by itself to the vertical, locked positon. Unique among manual barriers, the user's hands stay clean.
MySpot 30 is covered by US and international patent applications.
The MySpot 30 is provided with an Euro cylinder lock
. The MySpot 20 is a lower-cost version of the MySpot 30. The '20 does not incorporate the foot operation of the MySpot 30. Otherwise they are identical.
